The Landry Banquet. MR. EDITOR, -- “French Acadian,” has replied to my letter and I would like to have the privilege of showing the inconsistencies contained therein. He has admitted all that I wanted the public to know, namely, that it was not a political banquet, that all those who went there did not believe in the present Dominion Government, and therefore were not there to honor Mr. Landry as a politician, but to recognise his ability as belonging to their nationality. He has admitted the party were composed of half Liberals and half Liberal Conservatives. Mr. Editor, as you say the public is not interested in hearing this matter further discussed. I will conclude by thanking you for the space you have already granted me. ACADIAN.
