The Westmorland and Kent delegates to represent the different parishes at the French celebration at Quebec on Thursday will leave Moncton in tomorrow morning’s express for the North. The French people are largely indebted to the Hon. P. A. Landry for the success of the Maritime movement to be represented at the great national fete. – Some of the delegates have arrived here and are at the Weldon House.
